Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 October 2026
These terms apply when you use InvoiceCheeta (“the Service”), whether you sign up for a paid account or try the free demo. By using the Service you agree to them.
1. Who can use the Service
The Service is for businesses and freelancers aged 18 or over, primarily in Pakistan. All prices, totals and payments are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). You must be able to enter into a contract and be responsible for the invoices your account issues.
2. Accounts, seats and security
One subscription seat covers one person. Keep your password confidential — anything done from your account is treated as done by you, so tell us promptly if you believe it has been accessed by someone else. Provide accurate company and contact details during onboarding, and keep them up to date, because they are printed on the documents you send to customers.
3. The free demo
The demo needs no signup and lets you create exactly one invoice with real AI chat, so you can see the product before paying. Demo documents carry a diagonal DEMO watermark, are not stored as business records, and are not meant to be sent to real customers. Demo AI usage is rate-limited per session and per network, and we may adjust those limits.
4. Subscription, pricing and payment
There is no free plan. One seat costs Rs 1,999 per month, or Rs 19,999 per year (two months free). Prices are in PKR and may change with notice.
We do not take card payments. You transfer the amount to our Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account, tell us you have paid with the transaction reference, and our team activates your access after verifying the transfer. Paid access runs for one calendar month (or one calendar year on the yearly plan) from the date of the payment we verified, and ends automatically after that — no recurring charge is made, so renew by paying again before or after expiry.
Because payments are checked by a person, tell us before paying if something looks wrong (wrong amount, wrong account, duplicate submission). Refund requests are reviewed case by case by our team — write to the address below with your transaction reference.
5. Your content
You own the company details, customers, products and documents you put into the Service. You give us the permission we need to store and process them so we can deliver invoices, previews and PDFs, and nothing more. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your documents and for having the right to use the logos, stamps and product photos you upload.
6. AI assistance
The chat assistant drafts customer and product details from your description and photos. Drafts are suggestions, not verified records: you must review the invoice — including totals, tax, discount and delivery charges — before downloading or sharing it. Nothing is added to your saved products or customers without your approval, and the assistant does not change your company identity, which you edit separately on each invoice.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to issue false or fraudulent invoices, misrepresent a tax number or registration, impersonate another business, upload unlawful or infringing images, probe or overload the system, resell access without permission, or share one seat across a team. Accounts that break these rules may be restricted or closed.
8. Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available and correct, but it is provided “as is”: we do not promise uninterrupted access, and hosting or AI providers can have outages. Support is available by email and phone below; we reply as quickly as we can and ask for your invoice number and a screenshot when it helps.
9. Liability
You are responsible for what you send to customers using the Service. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or other indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid for the month in which the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the Service at any time by not renewing, or ask us to close your account and delete your records. We may suspend or close an account for non-payment, abuse, or a legal requirement, and we will tell you why unless we are not allowed to.
11. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. We may update them; for material changes we will notify you by email or in the app, and continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept the update.
